Adani Behavioural Competency Framework (ABCF)
The Adani Behavioural Competency Framework (ABCF) consists of 8 key competencies, integral to our interventions at Adani Airports. The Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) team conducts targeted programs on ABCF competencies, training 694 employees in the reporting period.
Design Thinking Interventions
For self-organizing teams at all airports, we conducted 6-month Design Thinking interventions in Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Mangaluru. These interventions fostered cross-functional teamwork through live projects.
Strengthening Digital Orientation
We prioritize both personal and professional development, partnering with Skillsoft's Percipio platform to offer a range of training programs, including cyber security awareness, soft skills, and certifications in areas like Cisco and AWS. Our commitment extends to our leadership team with specific courses on human rights, safety, and ESG. Over 1,400 employees have completed 3,965 hours of learning on our digital platform, eVidyalaya.
Adani Airports Service and Hospitality Academy (AASHA)
Adani Airports' vision for 'Gateway to Goodness' relies on aligning employees and stakeholders around customer service. Our Adani Airports Service and Hospitality Academy (AASHA) has trained 7,500+ participants in 412 batches. We further enhance customer experience through on-the-job coaching and regular mystery audits at all our airports.
Learning Interventions
We enhance employees' technical, functional, and regulatory knowledge based on diagnostic studies and discussions with senior leadership. New joiners experience detailed onboarding, including over 15 business orientation courses within their first three months, covering areas like Airside safety, Cargo, Terminal Operations, and Regulatory compliance.
